Minutes from the beach, floating dock, available boat lift, short walk to the dedicated beach walkover, on a canal with direct Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) access. Relax in the spacious, fenced yard with the firepit and plenty of seating. Cast a line off the dock, we've seen all kinds of fish, sea turtles and even the occasional manatee in the canal. Bring your boat or kayak! Close to restaurants and historical sights. The drive-on beach ramp (4x4 only) is less than a mile away. Pets - $125ea

House Rules
No parties. If a party is reported, we will keep your security deposit. This is a quiet neighborhood, and we must be respectful of our neighbors. Please don't throw fish guts or shrimp tails down the garbage disposal. They stink and it's really hard to clean. If you're staying over on a Sunday night, please help us out and take the trash/recycle out to the street. They usually come by EARLY on Mondays.

We had an amazing time at Kara’s place! It was exactly like the pictures and fit all of our guests perfectly. Short walk to the private beach access that was so nice and not too crowded at all. Such a beautiful backyard area overlooking the canal with cozy fire pit. Kara was amazing at checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back for future vacations.

Our family had a fantastic time at Kara’s place! The house was exactly as described. Very clean & plenty of space for our family of four, plus three more family members that stayed with us for a few days. Close to the beach & a pretty quick drive downtown. We absolutely love St. Augustine & would stay here again. Kara was super responsive & even let us check in early.

Was in town for a wedding in St. Augustine. The location was very convenient and easy to get to and from the event. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions. It was only a short stay for the weekend, but would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 dogs. Sitting outside at the fire pit was our favorite part of a long weekend with unseasonably cool temperatures. Kara was extremely responsive to questions, answering within minutes and checking in with us daily. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking implements, the beds comfortable. The yard was fenced except along the inter coastal and a safe place for our labs to run and play. The house was clean with plenty of towels and blankets. The washer/dryer was a welcome convenience. The beach is about a 1/2 mile walk away, and is quiet and clean. St. Augustine offers numerous activities and places to eat. This was a relaxing, fun weekend for our family.

This place is a gem and walking distance to the beach. Was able to catch the beautiful sunrise and relax by the fire pit in the evening. Kara had the place decorated for Christmas so it felt right like home for the holiday. House is fully equipped with all supplies.

We had a wonderful stay at Kara's place! The house is very comfortable, spotless and welcoming. Even better than the listing photos. The 8 of us fit perfectly and everyone had plenty of space for all our things. The kitchen, dining area and the common living space are all very nice, and made us feel right at home. Oh, and the backyard! Such a treat to be able to relax near the water by the fire pit! Kara is extremely responsive and very friendly - one of the nicest hosts we've ever encountered. We will be sure to recommend Kara's house to all of our friends and family back home.

What a beautiful, peaceful home! We felt so comfortable and had such a restful time 😊 Roomy home in a safe neighborhood. Beds were so comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Back yard is big and perfect for chilling with the family ♥️ Firewood was provided for a bon fire & smores. About 15-20 mins from downtown St Augustine and minutes from beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Host responded quickly every time, so kind & helpful 🙂 Great place to stay!

Great place for our multi generation family if ten! grandkids enjoyed the water behind the property and we all enjoyed the short easy walk to the beach! very convenient to great restaurants and St Augustine proper.
