Relax in the spacious, fenced yard with the firepit and plenty of seating. Cast a line off the dock, we've seen all kinds of fish, sea turtles and even the occasional manatee in the canal. Bring your boat or kayak! Close to restaurants and historical sights. The drive-on beach ramp (4x4 only) is less than a mile away. Pets - $125ea

House Rules

Please don't throw fish guts or shrimp tails down the garbage disposal. They stink and it's really hard to clean. If you're staying over on a Sunday night, please help us out and take the trash/recycle out to the street. They usually come by EARLY on Mondays.

We had a blast staying at Kara's place! The backyard is so peaceful! Large fenced in backyard which was great for pur pups! Location is great with so many things to do around the house. We would venture out but always decide to come back and sit out back for afternoon cocktails. We can't wait to go back!

This was definitely the best stay I have ever had at an Airbnb! The house is amazing with plenty of places to sleep but what really puts it over the top is the back yard. The fire pit was used each night we were there and we fished in the canal whenever we weren’t out sight seeing. If available, I will definitely book here again on my next visit to St. Augustine!

The house is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen has all the amenities you will need. The backyard by the canal is spacious and great to hang out to do a little fishing or have a drink. I think the photos don’t do justice to the house, it’s much nicer in person. Great location, short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Kara’s place! It was exactly like the pictures and fit all of our guests perfectly. Short walk to the private beach access that was so nice and not too crowded at all. Such a beautiful backyard area overlooking the canal with cozy fire pit. Kara was amazing at checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back for future vacations.
